​Booking Deposits & Cancellation Policy

A booking fee of 20% of your service cost is required to secure your appointment. The fee amount will be deducted from your appointment cost on the day of your booking. Remaining balance is payable via eftpos, cash, or after pay, on the day of your booking. 

 

Booking fees are non-refundable, meaning, if  you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your booking fee. If you do however need to reschedule your appointment, and 24 hours notice is given, we can transfer your appointment to an alternate date without losing your payment.

No Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled time without notifying us prior to your appointment time will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

M&Co Studio have a no refunds policy. We will, however, offer a complimentary service if you are unhappy with any treatment results. We cannot refund booking deposits but will offer you a credit to be used at a future date if you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason.
